Party venues in Japan can not be always flexible when you request specific services due to language and cultural differences. However, that doesn’t mean those party planners are not intending to accommodate your requests.

We propose the most suitable venue based on your initial consultation. iry handles negotiations, scheduling, and booking venue tours on your behalf. We also provide information on exclusive benefits and discounts.
Check the actual venue
Step 3

In the next step, you visit the venue and discuss the details of your party needs with the planner of the venue. Our advisor joins the meeting online, so please rest assured. By making sure the atmosphere of the venue and chat with the planner in person, your party plan can be confirmed easily.
Additionally, for couples living overseas or far from the venue, virtual tours and online consultations are also available.
Step 4
Preparation / meeting - On the day of the party
Until your venue is decided, iry offers free consultation and venue introduction.
After the venue is confirmed, you’ll begin coordinating with the local planner, ensuring smooth preparation with the venue.
For those who need additional help, optional support services—such as interpretation and on-site assistance—are available (from ¥30,000).

We wanted a venue that truly felt like Tokyo, with views of Tokyo Tower. iry shaped a relaxed cocktail-style reception with a short dance set, scheduled time for a brief toast and photos, and an iry advisor checked in on us on the day so we could simply enjoy.

Message from founder
I established the "iry" service with the desire to create a society where people can celebrate their loved ones more freely in Japan, regardless of race or nationality.
And that’s why we started the service “iry.”
I have been in charge of wedding venues and hotels nationwide for about 9 years at "Zexy",
the biggest marriage information media in Japan.
At one point, I met a Brazilian community living in Gunma Prefecture.
I was deeply moved to learn that non-Japanese society living in my neighbourhood value
"cultural celebrations" including weddings.
Currently, there are about 3.58 million non-Japanese residents in Japan.
The desire to celebrate a loved ones is the same regardless nationality or race.
Wedding venues and hotels in Japan are highly recommended places to celebrate.
Because they can provide great space and thoughtful service.
However, due to the language and cultural differences, as well as the complexity of the wedding system; it can be complicated for non-Japanese residents to hold weddings and parties in Japan.
My passion is to "bond everyone's happiness" through connecting non-Japanese residents and wedding venues and hotels.
